October 24, 2019 - Derin yakut renkli. Burunda buram buram Kirsch(Kiraz/vişne likörü) kokan bu şaraba aynı zamanda siyah erik, bitter çikolata aromaları eşlik ederken, baharatsı bir dokunuş da mevcut. Son derece doğru kullanılmış 225 lt lik meşe fıçı şaraba aroma ve lezzet katkısı sağlarken damaktaki tazeliğine ve saflığına negatif etki yapmamış. Bunda şarapta çok iyi yakalanmış olgunluk ve konsantrasyonun da payı var.Damakta orta üstü gövdeli, yüksek asitli ve 14 derece alkollü.Tanenleri orta seviyede, son derece ince yapıda ve şarabın damaktaki kadifemsi yapısına katkıda bulunuyor. Yoğun lezzeti, yüksek asidi ve tanenleri ile gelişmeye de açık çok başarılı bir blend. %65 #syrah %30 #öküzgözü %5 #petitverdot.
