February 11, 2022 - Gusta ya en aroma por sus notas frutales como mora y grosella. Es original en nariz, con bastante mineral y tierra mojada.
En boca pide comer. Es astringente y potente, sedoso. -

December 12, 2020 - En parado, en nariz es muy frutal, quizá demasiado cítrico.
Al agitarlo, el aroma se redondea, percibiéndose fruta como fresa ácida, tonos de madera como ahumados y quizá frutos rojos. Complejo.
En boca es elegante, también complejo. Se sigue percibiendo fruta, quizá fresa más madura, con poca acidez. Algo astringente, es largo e intenso en retrogusto.
