February 26, 2023 - Pure joy here. Sexy, strawberry fields forver, very open, good depth, spice, seamless harmony. Surprisingly open. Loving it, seems quite young still.

April 15, 2021 - Bit surprised, disappointed that it lacked the electricity and purity of 2005 Musigny or even Fuees.

April 27, 2019 - Two bottles opened, from separate sources, yet very consistent notes. Deep, dark and full of flavor but not at all heavy. Very precise and focused fruit, tannins not overwhelming. You can taste the care that went into this wine. Drinks nicely now, but will certainly irove and be a 97 pt wine some day.

November 17, 2014 - I was lucky enough to have two different bottles of this, two days in a row.
The first, decanted for an hour showed incredibly intense red fruits with absolutely laser precision.
The second, decanted for 150 minutes, showed much smokier, spicier with distinct clove and cinnamon notes. We had the '05 Mugnier Musigny next to it, which showed relatively as something an intense fruit bomb (after 5 hours of air). To drink now: take the Bonnes Mares. To drink in 2050+: the Musigny.

January 1, 2007 - From cask: Medium blood red. Nose is intense and very solid with black fruits and a touch of violets. Really quite classy. Mouth entry is sappy and very together. Nice acidity here. Mid-palate shows good fruit though not the intensity of the Roumier, and a very stylish flavour. Well balanced. A staggeringly different rendition to the Roumier and, for me, classier. 5
