January 9, 2022 - Super pleasant. Ready to go, bright red fruit with good length and balance. Not particularly complex but a perfect match with a roast chicken. Nice.

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 3-4 hours.
Garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Beautiful nose of cigar box, rose petals, smoke and black cherries. Lovely palate of black cherries, black raspberries and plums. Bright acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. I'd lean towards drink. In a beautiful place right now. -
