Community Tasting Notes 1

June 2, 2023 - Picked the up at a Seattle fundraiser - the Big Taste. Surprisingly good for a wine with no prior notes. 68% Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, cab franc and petit Verdot. Smooth and rounded with resolved tanins and very easy to drink. Still dark purple with black fruit and good structure. But I’m guessing at or just past peak - drink up!
