January 28, 2022 - Very fruity nose. Cherry paste, plum sauce, kirsch. Maybe some lavender, pepper & spice underneath. Apparent alcohol. Very high pitched, tart but jammy flavors of cherry jolly rancher & currant make your mouth pucker before settling out with some air. In time it becomes medium bodied, with additional toasted spice, red licorice, orange juice & heat on the finish. Not over extracted really, but a soft, polished full body with slightly out of whack acidity & alcohol. Good house wine. Drink now.

May 20, 2021 - 3.5 Stars - Nice every day wine. Slightly heavier than most Zins, with a dark fruit character and notes of cinnamon. Not terribly tannic, medium acidity and a light but pleasant finish.
