March 14, 2021 - Very pale. Herbal nose, has Nebbiolo character. Some spice, very inviting; delicious entry, nice fruit. Quite a light, easy, accessible style but works. A little grip. Lots to enjoy here.

January 6, 2021 - Austere and sour fruit dominate. There is high acidity and unripe tannins. Aroma profile very classical Nebbiolo and Piemonte with floral and Herbaceous notes of roses, violet. Structural components are all there but not in balance an with some disharmony.

December 27, 2020 - This unfolds slowly and becomes more and more fragrant with red berries, cough medicine, roses, and an organic note. Airy, light-coloured, beautiful. And quite tannic.
Second half the day after, from recorked half-bottle, decanted an hour. This is all harmony and bliss. As good as many an immature Barolo. I would have liked it to have less alcohol than the 14.5 %, though. -

November 1, 2020 - Mmm, finally i get to back in touch with Nebbiolo! Very pale garnet red. Deep nose bursting with strawberry, florals, roses. Palate has a healthy slick of sneaky tannin, a core of red fruit, florals and a twist of citrus in the middle. Great match with dish of braised cabbage and jambon cru. Very nice
