August 5, 2022 - We all like a bargain and that is why we give wines like this a punt, just ocasionaly it pays off, but not this time, no need for lengthy description, but thin no fruit and far to acidic should do it, even at the bargain price avoid.

October 16, 2020 - Green and stalky with searing acidity and absolutely no fruit whatsoever. Pairing with food and lengthy airing don't improve matters either. Even allowing for its budget price this is really grim. I also bought the 2016 vintage which sadly is very similar in its fruitless and flavour-free profile. Perhaps both vintages need long ageing for any flavour or barolo character to emerge?

October 10, 2020 - Tempted by the £7.99 price tag. Glad I did not buy more as it has none of the redeeming features of a Barolo but it soda have the punishing tannins and off the scale acidity.
