November 21, 2020 - This 100% Viura from Rioja, 33 year old vines has a distinct citrus, seashell, sea salt and mandarin peel. The palate was fresh, refreshing and nearly Melon in texture with a round saline texture, citrus and mandarins, the finish was medium in length with an oily texture. I would have easily mistaken this for a Melon or Albarino not a Viura, a hit with the critics. Drink now. FYI RP 94-95 and Decanter 92, ya no.

July 26, 2020 - During a training session, 12 white grapes tasted blind. Light, greenish yellow. Tutti-Frutty nose of ice candy, touch of fennel. On the palate this felt also very basic, harmless fruity/alcoholic. Not my wine.

July 14, 2020 - Oak and butter, well balanced between acidity and sweetness, unfortunately misses a bit of fruit both at the nose and in mouth to give it a higher score but overall pleasant wine to drink and great value.
