June 6, 2020 - Consistent with previous tasting. This time paired with a heavier white from Languedoc. The contrast underlines the direct, bright, and fruity aspects of this wine, a real winner with warm-weather mediterranean cuisine.

April 19, 2020 - Quite pale and limpid. Aromas of lemon peel and stone fruits. Vivid acidity balanced by minerality and some body. Longish finish. Perfect with pork tenderloin, fennel, and mustard.
