September 18, 2022 - This is wonderful for what it is. It's a little muted upon pulling the cork, so I would recommend giving it 3-4 hours of air to really get the best from it.

July 28, 2022 - Much better now than when tasted two years ago when it was far too oaky. Now more balanced but probably still a bit too young. Some complexit, however good rather than a great wine.

January 18, 2022 - Gemma restaurant tasting. Beautiful golden color. Smoky, peach, stone fruits, citrusy, wet stones, nice sweetness and creaminess on the nose. Med+ acidity, Med body, Med flavor intensity, Med alcohol, Med+ finish. Thick and sweet fruit, nice creaminess, smoky, great minerality, lingering saltiness. This is very nice, went great with the scallops.

November 9, 2021 - Pale silver-gold colour. Complex aroma of apples, dust, chalk, hint of violets. Soft lemon meringue pie flavour. Delicious.

September 1, 2021 - Popped and poured at fridge temp. A very nice fresh wine, with lemony and green apple aromas, but also with a distinct oakiness. The palate is somewhat oily/oaky, but in a nice way. This has potential to develop further into a deeper wine with more tropical fruit, give it another few years in the cellar.
