July 6, 2022 - 85% syrah, 15% cabernet sauvignon. Stellenbosch. Certified Biodynamic, self sustaining farm (fertilizer, etc.). Oak. Good basic wine but didn't find much complexity in flavor and a bit light in texture. More acid than tannin, some earthiness. Underwhelming.
