February 5, 2021 - Very deep colour here with an intense nose full of strawberries, cherries and rhubard. The palate is very expressive with sweet red berry fruit supported by a fine, creamy mousse providing a lingering, sweet and chalky finish. This is quite full bodied, the dosage is definitely borderline, but it works. Another great wine from this fantastic producer. 16/20

January 22, 2021 - Very similar note to my last one. This time I thought the dosage felt a touch higher than last time. Still a very good rosé de saignée Champagne and good value.

January 19, 2021 - PnP, served non-blind. Dry, really crisp, with good soil/place/mineral notes, a touch of strawberry on a background of just-under ripe cherries. An ideal aperitif wine: classic build, good length, and nicely dry. As expected, really shines with food, in our case, appetizers. Should continue to improved over the following decade. Fun, and my first time with this producer; very good QPR. highly recommended+

July 18, 2020 - Pretty deep rosé/salmon color. This jumps right out of the glass with notes of sappy red cherries, some strawberries, but also some minerality, as well as some flowery and autolytic notes. It‘s pretty full-bodied and rich, but has nice pretty high acidity adding freshness and some tension and also balancing the dosage of 10g (which is a little more than I usually go for, but it works here). Good finish with nice vinous aftertaste with a touch of bitterness. Good value.

    November 7, 2019 - (Disgorged in 2018, 100% Pinot Noir, dosage 10 gr/l)
Deeper red colour with a fine stream of bubbles and a youthful nose showing red berries and minerals at first and with time in the glass opens up with dark chocolate notes. Structured palate showing a very full body on the mid to late with red berries and some dark chocolate Combined with a nice bitterness on the lengthy finish. This is already very nice and the high dosage is well integrated. With time in the glass showing what will come with extended time in the cellar, but already very pleasant so it will be hard to keep..
