December 1, 2019 - This straw-colored Riesling offers attractive notes of pit fruits, candied ginger, orange zest and wet stones. Light-to-medium-bodied, crisply acidic and without any hint of alcohol (listed as a paltry 7.5%), it is quite sweet, but the sweetness is beautifully balanced by the wine's vibrant acidity. Solid in the middle and very long on the back end, this is a delicious white that I blindly would have guessed to be a Spätlese. Drink now-2030.
