July 21, 2019 - Showing its age. Well past its prime. Drink up (if you can - we still had trouble finishing the bottle.....).

I'm impressed that there are over 250 bottles still in people's cellars! Not sure what you are waiting for but best of luck to you. We donated our unfinished bottle to the vinegar barrel.

June 10, 2018 - Color still good but wine was fading fast. Becoming taught tight and britttle. Opened and decanted but unable to finish the bottle.

April 26, 2014 - granitic and chalky w/o much fruit...still a nice hermitage for the price

January 22, 2014 - Just doesn't continue to do anything for me. Its an OK wine, but on the thin side without depth or roundness. Call it linear if you will. On the nose notes of florals, oak and earth. On the palate thin straight and tart.

My recent bottles over the past few years have been all over the place with 2 out of 3 not well rated.....(including this)

November 14, 2013 - Drinking really well right now. Balance of savory, fruit, bitter, earth. Very nice. Smooth. Long finish. Medium bodied. Tasted a year ago and this bottle was much better.
