Marron. Nez : olives noires
Bouche : figues, pruneaux et bovril) évoluée.
Finesse, texture, générosité
Voilà: fin et joussif
Et mes notes sont quasi identiques en 2021/ 2022 et 2023….. -

November 17, 2023 - Dark ruby. Medium intense nose of blackcurrant, blackberries, raspberries, slight tobacco, slight mushroom, black pepper, some garrigue, some oak.
Palate similar. Fresh and juicy expression. Some spiciness and nibbling tannins. Well balanced and delicate. Quite mature now, but has further development potential. Hardly any bricking on the edges. Good quality and one of the better Crozes-Hermitage.
Paired with reindeer stew - which was a great combo.
Medium body, medium acidity and medium tannins. -

Vers le marron. Olfactif: cuir, figues et brulé. J’aime ce nez qui offre beaucoup de caractère.
Bons tanins, bouche structurée avec une excellente concentration.
Notes de figues et de torréfaction et de balsamique
C’est délicieux et cela enveloppe langoureusement le palais.

December 31, 2022 - 17/20 quasi noir. Nez profond, fruits noirs : cassis, framboises, mûres.
Bouche superbe, concentration.Saveurs profondes et bien marquées par le fruit. Belle syrah qui s’exprime intensément. Finale avec un peu de bois brulé. Excellent ! -
