November 10, 2019 - WSET Level 3; 11/3/2019-2/3/2020 (San Diego, CA): Outstanding and pronounced tertiary aromas of dried apricots, marmalade, dried apples, petrol, honey, mushrooms and ginger. Nutmeg and baking spices on the palate before the fruit turns sour. Lovely nose but best days behind it.
