October 3, 2021 - This is incredible for its age and being a village wine. Cork was in perfect condition so I suspect this has been recently re-corked. Fully mature appearance; the lightest of orange tints but no browning. It's still fresh on the palate - has a distinctly citrussy edge to it and still some soft cherry fruit. You can tell it's mature but it's not past it despite its age. A rare treat.

November 8, 2020 - The burgundy bug hasn’t bitten me yet. I was amazed by the nose this still had given its age. The preceding notes all sum it up very well and I agree with the scores.
