March 27, 2020 - Translucent red. Ripe plums and prunes. A little sweetness, caramel or raisin. Juicy finish, not dry. No wood to speak of. The bottle emptied faster than I expected: went with both the salt and the dessert. Day 2 more dark chocolate and even a little bit of copper.
