April 26, 2021 - One of Steve Beckmen's more-interesting experiments. If the phrase "heavy rosé" is going to make any sense, this wine will make the case for that. Cherries, a dash of cinnamon, and something else I couldn't quite describe, but it all works nicely. Had it with sloppy joes and roasted corn; the sweet-spicy of the sauce went really well with this.
