April 5, 2020 - Il s'agit là d'un très bon vin possédant une magnifique robe jaune d’or, brillante, limpide, assez dense. Le bouquet est fort agréable, fleuri (fleurs d’acacia), accompagné de quelques notes de miel, de beurre et de calcaire. La bouche est fraîche, légèrement beurrée, noisettée et minérale, manquant cependant de présence mais prenant de la chair et de l’ampleur à l’aération, où l’on retrouve alors quelques caractères du Chardonnay bourguignon. Bonne longueur capiteuse avec du gras. La seule bouteille de ma cave achetée chez Torrès, en Espagne.

September 21, 2007 - The addition of 15% parellada makes it fruitier than regular chardonnay. Smooth, buttery, nice colour, low acid, a bit sweet. Enjoyable, but unremarkable.
