April 23, 2012 - Meilleur que le 2009, avec plus de fraîcheur lui donnant un petit air bourguignon. Trahit cependant par son côté fruit exotique bien présent. Savoureux et un très bel achat à ce prix.

August 17, 2010 - Remains a youthfully light color, and the nose similarly shows some surprisingly primary citrus and pear. There is an overbearing heaviness to the palate, though, clearly reflecting the 14.5% alcohol; I would hope that there was sufficient fruit flavor earlier in this wine's life to support that weight. And with air, there's a bitter/herbal cast that takes over and prevents virtually any more pleasure from being derived from this wine at this stage.

February 5, 2009 - From a half-bottle: mature, but gracefully aged with grape-y flavors of old apple and honey. Full bodied, but exquisitely well balanced on the palate.
