July 31, 2023 - Grippy, structured and delicious. Long citrus peel finish.
Deep gold.
Pronounced on the nose with peach, pear, acacia, honey, almond, ginger, dried apricot, bruised apple. Developing.
Pronounced and dry on the palate. Full body, medium alcohol, high acidity, light tannins, long finish.
Can drink now but has potential for aging.
