December 9, 2020 - This light red wine is not particularly interesting by itself, but was fine paired with my simple pork loin roast with onions, carrots and mushrooms. It's very dry, a bit high in acidity, but overall well balanced with the tannins and mouth feel. It nicely compliments the meal without adding any noticeable flavors.
