November 19, 2020 - Orange in color and oxidized Pino Gris and Riesling. Odd tasting on its own but went great with spicy asian food.

November 15, 2020 - Made by Mathieu Deiss, who also runs the family firm of Marcel Deiss. This is a blend of 60% Riesling and 40% Pinot Gris vinified separately by semi-carbonic maceration for 10 days in stainless steel, and blended and aged 10 months in stainless steel. Organic, biodynamic, and orange.
Pink/orange. At first something organic and earthy on the nose. Later on, Fox Glacier Fruit candies. A bit spritzy. Pepper, spice, orange rind, sweet pomelo, pear. Light, light tannins. Good length. Quite a fresh style. Medium-bodied. Enough stuffing to go head to head with a rather spicy tripe stew.
