  November 11, 2021 - 100% Chardonnay from the Trento DOC in Alto Adige, Italy. Bright straw yellow color. Aromas of yellow apple, white flowers and a hint of yeast. Ripe yellow apple fruit flavors with a touch of pear, lemon and baguette. Consistent bubbles and a slightly creamy texture. Beautifully balanced, bright and refreshing. Not a mainstream Sparkling region but really good stuff.

  January 1, 2021 - This is what hit my nose as it made its first approach. Bubbles were tiny and many. I would like to try more from this producer.

  January 5, 2020 - Nose: tons of underripe Granny Smith apple and fine yeast
  Palate: pleasantly acid, again apple is dominant with some pear and stone fruit. Perlage Is fine, very dry for a brut
  Finish: Yeast, dry, medium length
