  Really sublime. Some cherry and wild strawberries, violet and fine concentration. Maybe a touch too much oak noticeable but alltogether well balanced. 95

  June 19, 2022 - 开瓶就很香，树莓、成熟的红樱桃、草莓和覆盆子的味道弥漫开来，带有些树莓奶糖味，果味把玫瑰包裹其中，中后段开始有些红醋栗的味道，点点清凉，类似茅根水和一点嫩枝。入口有浓缩果浆感，单宁不多，薄薄地均匀覆盖在口腔壁上。果味饱满多汁，红樱桃、树莓和覆盆子等，甜美浓郁中带清新和轻盈，口中顺滑舒展。后段有些许奶油、香草和香料，余味中。
  瓶醒一个小时之后，香气中的果味变得更加盛放和具有纵深感，糖果味转变成了很纯的成熟果实，樱桃、树莓、覆盆子和草莓等，带着一丝黑樱桃和黑莓的果味，花香清晰，新鲜的玫瑰花瓣，挂着凝露，似乎还有一丝紫色花香。淡淡的茶味、木质和清凉，有种林谷中潮湿空气的意味。喝起来咸鲜感使酒体更充实，整体也更加舒张，结构大了一些。果味增添了些许山楂和蔷薇果泥的味道，略带绵沙，缺憾是中间稍微有点空。后端香草慕斯和一点肉桂等香料味不错。随着慢慢的醒酒还会出现矿物感。
  不断醒酒的过程中，香味不断变化，时而是新鲜多汁的草莓，时而是草莓山楂，夹着甜玫瑰果酱，又或是薄荷的清凉，也会出现还未采撷的新鲜玫瑰，都是令人享受的香气，盛放而带有些克制感。喝起来基本能够维持五六个小时，之后会出现甘草、粉胡椒之类的味道，矿物感和茶感也会更加明显。93/100

  January 16, 2022 - Brève note pour cette bouteille bue au restaurant qui était très digeste et pour laquelle j'ai eu un coup de cœur !
  
  Belle robe grenat qui commence à tendre vers rubis d'intensité moyennement pâle -.
  
  Nez directement ouvert, expressif, précis et profond d'une pureté saisissante : griotte, cerise infusé, pétale de rose, légumineux. L'intensité dans le verre est restée la même tout au long du repas !
  
  Bouche est évidemment beaucoup trop jeune : terrienne et structurée avec des saveurs de ronces.

  December 17, 2021 - Drank in a restaurant around Beaune. Stunning wine and it shows the transformation that Pascal Lachaux has done to this estate. I always liked Arnoux-Lachaux wines but what we have here is at a completely different level. Very much the Leroy aromatics with wonderful floral aromas with sweet spices, red and dark fruit. Quite dense wine, a bit cloudy, yet it stays elegant. Very high aromatic intensity. I hoped everyone would make Burgundy like this. Unfortunately the price is reflecting this now as well. I hope other Burg vignerons take note and will emulate the Leroy, Bizot & Lachaux approach.
