March 14, 2012 - Ripe and rich like the previous bottle. For me at its peak now. Nice honey and walnuts are coming out that play with the citrus backbone of this fine Pessac. To be drunk now.
February 5, 2012 - soft, rich middle part but fades away during the short aftertaste
January 14, 2012 - Stunning and really full of flavours, exotic fruits with warm honey. Lovely and hard to resist.
August 5, 2011 - Closed down and didn't change much over an hour. Hold for now.
October 17, 2010 - This is truly singing right now. Nose of sweet green apple, pear, lychee, tropical fruit(pineapple principally) and hints of vanilla and matchstick. The palate is lush, with crisp acidity with notes of lemon and some tropilal flavours. Long refined finish. 65 % Sauv Blanc. 35 Semillion. Pop and pour. Paired beautifully with scampi.
May 28, 2010 - Wine Pages Belfast Offline (Deanes Restaurant, Belfast, Northern Ireland): Totally disjointed. The nose was very over powering and extremely difficult to ignore. Way too much oak?
January 1, 2010 - Excellent white graves. Initial nose of lychee, grapefruit and matchsticks(sulfer) and straw but as the wine aerated in my glass over an hour, more scents of melon and pear came out. Nice mouthfeel to the wine, lots of flavours with tangy acidity but not overly so. Can age a couple more years but with some aeration, it is good to drink now. Long long finish.
March 28, 2009 - Montreal Wine Guy Weekend a la Quebecoise; 3/27/2009-3/28/2009 (Wentworth North-Vinaigre's brother's cottage): Solid white with a seductive nose of pears, green apples, vanilla, lanolin, honey and buttery scents and melon with some straw in the mix. Palate is lush seemingly voluptuous caressing your taste buds, deceptively sweet as there is a good dose of acidity with apples flavours coming through and ending on a long long apple-pear finish. Really enjoyable. Revist in 2-3 years to see the progress but is really good to now.

January 2, 2009 - Popped and poured. Straw yellow in color. Predominate aromas of vanilla, honey and pear. Buttery mouth feel with balanced acidity. Nice, mid length, finish.
