January 15, 2022 - A beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot in just the right proportions. Decant for at least an hour. The color is a rick, dark purple, with a nose of dark fruits, leather, vanilla, chocolate, with a hit of bell pepper. The palate follows the nose. I had it with a ribeye cap steak, and it paired beautifully.
