April 7, 2021 - Pale garnet, with significantly fading browning edges. Strong fungals and cheese on nose and some red florals, and a bit of candied cherry. Still a bit of tannic bite and mouthwatering acids, while the flavours are mostly nutty, with slight fungals, florals, and some dried cranberry, and rosemary and thyme. Medium length and fairly complex at the end. Clearly over the hill though, and can imagine it to be much better like 10 years ago
