December 13, 2019 - Brownish, scarlet red. Pure, med- intense bouquet. Dry, med acid, med tannins, body and intensity. Juicy and salty profile. Coherent and complex. Very good finish. Very, very good.

    Drink.

My notes: Roses, roasted onions, red fruits, coffee, salt water, seaweed, sour cherries, almonds and marzipan.
