May 19, 2021 - I open this one a bit before it’s prime, but I wanted to try it. It’s hard to detect secondary aromas on the nose - possibly due to its young age. Primary aromas are classic Pinot to me - just ripened fruit and pepper.
The wine is light in color, plenty acidic and smooth. I think the second bottle I have will be great a few years from now. -
