November 29, 2020 - Beautiful reflective light gold. Piercing pear notes on the nose. Pure pear dominates the body as well with a a long Quince finish. One could quibble that this isn’t terribly nuanced, but it’s pure, energetic juice that to the taste is unadulterated bu wood. Really good.
