In principle we cannot speak of exclusivity. On the nose, mineral aromas of chalk and slate stand out, followed by honeyed, floral and nut notes. On the palate it has a good oiliness, certainly disproportionate for a thin acidity that does not manage structure the whole. BdB gastronomic rather than a wine of reflection. As always a stylish bottle.
Por copas. Un clasicismo procedente de las diferentes chardonnay escogidas en distintas parcelas. En principio no se puede hablar de exclusividad. En nariz sobresalen los aromas minerales a tiza y pizarra seguidos en segundo plano de notas melosas, florales y de frutos secos. Al paladar presenta una buena untuosidad, ciertamente desproporcionada para una delgada acidez que no llega a estructurar el conjunto. BdB gastronómico antes que vino de reflexión.
