November 1, 2023 - white pulp fruits, citrus, mineral, slight yeasty note.

October 9, 2023 - Le Tour de Champagne Tasting (Olofskapel, Amsterdam, NL): Trade tasting, brief note. Clear and elegant style, fresh and creamy, harmonious acidity, layered finish.

August 11, 2023 - Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): By the glass. A classicism from the different chardonnay grapes chosen in different plots. In principle we cannot speak of exclusivity. On the nose, mineral aromas of chalk and slate stand out, followed by honeyed, floral and nut notes. On the palate it has a good oiliness, certainly disproportionate for a thin acidity that does not manage structure the whole. BdB gastronomic rather than a wine of reflection. As always a stylish bottle.

You taste the big house style. For 2017 very accessible. Round, maybe a touch too sweet for my balance. 91
