March 14, 2021 - The color is deep garnet red.
The scent has massive notes of, vanilla, cool fruit sweetness, semi-ripe cherries, black currants, a little smoke, sweet tobacco, milk chocolate, freshly ground dark-roasted coffee beans. Large bouquet of fresh red flowers.
The taste is like the aroma..Smooth, and quite velvety soft in the fruit structure. Lots of ripe cool fruit with a shot of fruit sweetness..And then a big shot of vanilla.
The acid is minimal ...
Tannin of a little black tea and long aftertaste of vanilla and a very enticing fruit sweetness.
Exstra:
Very polished wine and very easy to drink.
Glass: Zalto Burgundy. Note on 2 day.
