November 25, 2023 - Just lovely. Flirty, soft and fresh.
    More full body then expected,
Sweet cherries, herbs, meaty tones and a lingering delicate astringency.

Had with medium steak, butternut pumpkins, potatoes, mushrooms and a red wine jus.

April 3, 2022 - Initially, wine had a reductive, smoky/sweaty sort of aroma that overshadowed fruit. That said, the acidity whips like a lasso and speaks clearly of Italy (general) and barbera in particular. I do not find oak.

With some air, gave way to red cherry-like fruit. With more aeration there is even more finesse of aromas, almoat in a pinot-way combining a cherry, strawberry fruitiness with a violet-floral touch.

I would not keep this for ageing, but it will probably last for approx 5 years without any detriment to quality.

February 19, 2022 - In a great state now. Swell balance between fruit and tannins. Raspberries, black pepper, earthy. Balanced acidity and intensity.

January 11, 2022 - Medelintensiv doft.
Medel eftersmak.
    Najs ändå, men knappast publikfriande.

April 10, 2021 - Very good with food. But there is usually wine left in the bottle when the meal is over, and I don't quite enjoy this as much on its own.
