May 4, 2023 - A private dinner (Restaurant Spectrum **, Amsterdam, NL): Tasted blind. Clearly Chardonnay, clearly Burgundy. No doubt of the highest quality. Youthful, hint of reduction, noticeable oak, exemplary Corton hill minerality, playful fruit, rich but with great energy, long finish, precise and long. A smiling baby, at least 15 years of meaningful evolution ahead.

May 3, 2023 - At Spectrum restaurant, Amsterdam. Typical PYC reduction with notes of mint, green fruit, lemon candy and back palate of agrume. Young but very drinkable at this stage
