December 7, 2019 - Fermentado en bota, a la manera tradicional, y envejecido durante 24 meses sin velo de flor. Hay 900 botellas de este "oxidativo" que pretende añadir al carácter del velo flor unos atractivos toques oxidativos. Aceitunas verdes, almendras crudas, manzanilla (infusión)... En boca es seco, bastante salino, fresco, con carácter.
