December 18, 2010 - Väldigt tunn och lätt för att vara en bordeaux. Tegelfärgat, moget vin. Helt OK men inte värt pengarna.

September 19, 2010 - Upon opening had a remarkable truffle scent which mingled with pencil shave, slight currant (red and black). Decanted for around an hour. Interestingly intense, (surprisingly youhthful) red fruit emerging, and overall a beautiful wine with decent aftertaste. Very enjoyable for a romantic, yet very easy to approach. I feel this bottle (pretty well stored 'n handled) was primed for enjoyment.

February 27, 2010 - This review summed it up perfectly: "Medium ruby, medium pale ruby rim. Cassis fruit, some toasty oak, cedar and vanilla, perhaps even a hint of tobacco - elegant and nicely perfumed. No more than medium weight and intensity on the palate, dark fruits but decent development too with cedar and spice. This has decent balancing acidity but does show some rustic tannins on the slightly abrupt finish. Very enjoyable and drinkable nonetheless." I would add that its a second tier struggling to be more, but nevertheless completely enjoyable.

September 8, 2008 - Characterized as "best bang for the buck" at Mt Carmel Wine and "ready to drink". it was ready, but I would only call it fair to middling. somewhat thin and uninteresting, Slight nose, tannins still there but integrated, practically no finish, I won't repeat this purchase.

June 8, 2008 - wine seems to taste younger and younger each time, initial mouthfeel is deceptively mature, backbone of fine tannins emerge as the night progressed. easily another 3-5 years to peak maturity.
