January 1, 2024 - 醒酒一个小时，深紫红色，闻香有奶油，草莓糖，紫罗兰，脂粉气还挺明显，还有轻微桉树叶和青味，入口酸度高，酒液咸，单宁细腻，黑果，紫罗兰混合着奶香，酒液很新，以黑色果味为主导，口感集中，酒体紧凑，今天喝无疑是杀幼了，有点可惜，没有喝出明显的缺点，也没有太突出的记忆点。作为猎人谷的招牌做得已经足够优秀，也许我们需要多给它一些时间。
