  September 3, 2023 - Rich colour; entrancing bouquet, leaning towards dark fruits, verging on sumptuous. This has put on weight during past 3 years. Vivacious, fresh, velvety tannins, medium/full; plenty of fruit & extract on a savoury finish. Fair length. A proper Volnay for drinking now & next 5 years.

  June 8, 2023 - Red and black cherry with good volume and depth, clearly shutting down for the foreseeable future, that's 2018. I will hold my remaining bottles until 2028 or later.

  September 27, 2022 - Had really high expectations for this wine, given the hype of this micro-négociant, but it didn't live up. I found the wine quite disjointed and a little overly heavy. Will try more from them, but this was not a great first experience, especially at $69.99.

  July 21, 2022 - The Mrs. poured herself a second glass, a sign of a supremely delicious wine. It's fairly ripe, not a shocker given the vintage, but holds itself together well, with great acid and minerality keeping things interesting.
