Dark garnet, viscous (14.9 alc.); black pepper, black fruit, ripe grape, jam and wood nose; mid+ acids; mid-to-full tannins; tight, long, berry and jam finish; slightly hot. w/ribs, grilled sausages. 16 UC Davis scale, 90 other scales.
