September 15, 2023 - Intriguing and complex on the nose. Notes of tropical fruits - primarily pineapple and lychee, but also baked apple and caramel. Baked apple and caramel also on the palate. Sweet but not overly so for a late harvest. Would pair nicely with a creamy blue-veined cheese like Stilton, Mount Cashel or Fourme d'Ambert.
