Community Tasting Notes 1

August 2, 2021 - Initially comes across as a light, enjoyable summer quaffer with gentle stone fruit and not much else. As it airs it becomes more serious and builds intense mineral and toast. If I had guessed blind I’d probably say a very good village level Meursault. Some St Auburn’s can be similar to Puligny Montrachet, but this one leans Meursault IMO. I like it.
