  Smak: mineral, moget päron, stenfrukt, svag ekighet.

  February 3, 2024 - Scent of pineapple, apple, some herbal spices and a hint of butter. Taste with a lot of bottom. Oak, vanilla and butter. Apple and pines, spices and some exotic herbs. A creamy touch to it. Long aftertaste, which glides over more and more towards apple. In the end it is like a champagne aftertaste. So a heavy owerflowing wine, that ends with a touch of champagne. Odd but really good.

  Pineapple, lemon, papaya, baking spices

  N: pineapple, mango, mashed banana, caramelised butter
  Buttery, oily mouthfeel
  P: as nose plus cream and butterscotch, generic citrus but not much acidity going on
  
  Two days later there is more acidity but less of the fruit and butter

  April 6, 2020 - Pale yellow in color with a lovely light nose. Lots of chardonnay fruit on the palate but a bit complex and a decently long finish. There is a bit of citrus acidity to make this a nice food wine even with stronger flavors. I was surprised it paired well with a blackened catfish with Appalachian tomato gravy.
