September 11, 2023 - Rather warm and relatively tamed/restrained. I got some waxy texture and floral notes. Acid is crisp. On the first sip I thought it’s a good Chablis, then thought a Macon.. In the vein of Hubert Lamy.. not so much Sauv Blanc signature to me.

Quite restrained, lean and fresh with nice length. Not the depth of best vintages -

January 6, 2023 - French but no BBC: Easy to guess this as a SB, quite green and tart despite the ripeness. Not much oak influence surprisingly as a previous taster noted. Didn't transcend the varietal but very good example nonetheless, but you can get Vacheron for half the price.

January 9, 2022 - Rich minerality with zesty lime notes, stone fruits. This got better with some air and hd a lovely salinity on the palate.
