May 2, 2012 - Glen of the Wild Geese, gaelic.
    Pronounced : Glen Goy-n.
Founded in 1833, it is unique in producing Highland Single Malt matured in the Lowlands. Barley is dried by warm air, no peat.
Nose : start with the aromas of sweet bamboo, light nots of vanilla and caramel, evolving towards hay, sweet potatoes, dates, apricots and cacao.
Palate : full-body, coats the mouth. Notes of toffee, cacao, light citrus notes, a grain of salt from the mid-palate through to the long, smooth finish.
