A very good English Blanc de Blancs that is still young. Needed half an hour in the glass to open. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with fish or shellfish.

December 26, 2020 - Slight orange tinge, I've had roses that were paler than this.
Drank this on Christmas day without analysing it but thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of red fruit and orange peel, no excess acidity, still quite primary but has a concentration that promises much for the future. Quality stuff from one of England's best producers.
