September 9, 2021 - this wine is stylistically right down the line for this producer. Pretty lean for a grenache yet there is real beauty here as well. Think more of gamay than genache and you'll be in the right frame of mind.

August 28, 2021 - A delicious, interesting Grenache that in some ways presents more like a Gamay Noir than a fruity Grenache. Well-balanced, with some minerality to balance the fruit.

June 18, 2021 - A very pleasant, straightforward wine. Red berries and red plum on the tip of the tongue. Somewhat lean. Some baking spice and some salinity. Dusty or mineral under the rear palate. A tad more tannin than I would have guessed, but that is not off-putting, at all.

January 11, 2021 - This is a fruit forward, elegant Grenache. It paired very well with our appetizers of dates with smoked Gouda. Jolie Laide makes interesting wines and we seem to love all of their wines!
