March 7, 2023 - Bel naso agrumato, frutta, minerale all'ennesima potenza, in continuo movimento, potente. Bocca con buona acidità che manca un po' di profondità e allungo.

August 6, 2020 - Appearance - clear, medium gold.
Nose - youthful. It’s been open a while and I’m finally getting to the note. Very intense nose. Getting alcohol burn nose and eyes. Didn’t really notice initially but a few hours in, yes. Combo of cedar and fruit. Fruit is probably apple but not very descript.
Palate - it has evolved with air. Lots of acidity, fresh, mineral, saline, old fruit. It’s been open too long tasted fresher initially. Not bad but getting more the cedar and alcohol vs fruit. The acidity is sharp.
